NEWS: New York City just recorded the safest summer in its history. From June through August, NYC saw its fewest shootings, shooting victims, and murders on record. Major crime fell 6.2% year-to-date, murders plunged 24.1%, and the subway had zero murders, shootings, or rapes in August.

Every Republican in Congress owns what Trump has done, is doing and is going to do. The vast majority of it would not have been possible without their collective acquiescence and enabling. He’s emboldened by the fact that Congress refuses to function as a separate branch of govt.
