Even 10 years ago, people would be arguing about the latest MCU film by now. Which a few people are, tbf, with Spider-Man Brand New Merchandising Opportunity, but not like when Marvel films were something people actually looked forwards to.

Problem with not reading beyond the headline is a lot of people are sharing that ex-Royal Navy captain calling Reform's plans to use warships to stop boats in the Channel a crock of shit without reading down to the part where he's only opposed to wasting the RN's time, and wants them to use a ferry.
I've been blocked by fellow trans women just for having a different opinion to them about a cartoon, so the idea what we're not going to block some cis guy for his bullshit "joke" about us to justify his continual support of openly transphobic media organisations is beyond risible.

My issue whenever I see trans porn is how ready they are to have sex, at like, the drop of a hat. They've just met this other person/people in this scenario, and they're instantly ready to go? Bullshit.

This is completely correct. Things that cost more aren't always better. And it's actually not that hard to work out why, because there's a point where you are paying for the brand, and to show off your taste, and the companies just fucking phone it in because quality isn't the point.

Or maybe they could coordinate to just close the administration for a week, if people being gone at different times is causing deadline issues. (Can you tell I have skill in Operations roles?)
