I'm a sucker for Bar Rescue, and Gordon Ramsay's kitchen version 24 Hours To Hell & Back, and its all well and good to drop into a failing establishment, but I sort of wonder how that approach would fare with a place that _isn't_ a disaster, but just something different?

I'm doing some AI-generated imagery based on photos of humans, and let me tell you, the AI just LOVES doing "glow ups" of individuals I identify as women, but NOT doing anything with the appearance of men.

I've been debating the problems with how we discuss AI as "reasoning" or "thinking" as that language leaks outside the circle of "people who should know better"... but having a tool that hacks the human empathy API, while insidious, can also be _useful_.

If you treated employees with fairness, created the safety and provided the resources for them to do their best work, you wouldn’t need to publicly threaten them with draconian non-disparagement clauses.
