If one wants to ignore the fact that artists and sex workers are real people with real concerns . . . There's this fun thing called the "Media" tab. Lets you limit a feed to just art and pics. Much better for jorking it without all those pesky words and opinions that annoy you so.

Saw a post saying "I don't want NSFW accounts to talk about voting, just let me jack off" Buddy, NSFW artists and sex workers are being constantly attacked by a government of nonces trying to distract from their own crimes by pinning the blame on porn. They have the right to speak up about this.

This stuff is very worrying. Things like Bluesky, image sites, even Discord and Steam, all of it will either have to scrub away anything deemed "harmful", adopt oppressive and unsafe age ID measures, or simply shut down. This could outright kill a not-insignificant chunk of the internet.

The SCREEN Act is not just another age-verification bill — it goes much further than anything passed at the state-level or in other countries. 1. The bill doesn't just target porn sites. It goes after *any* site that allows material "harmful" to minors. You'd have to scan your face to use Google.

One of the parts of my anxiety I hate the most is how hard it is for me to make important phone calls. Even just calling family and friends can be so difficult. And people who don't have this can't understand it.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day: A+ This is the best Marvel movie in years. Captures the Spider-Man experience so well, now that they're out of the school zone. Tom captures Peter so well. Kind, earnest, jokey, and sad when he needs to show it. ("Poor Peter" is a common phrase.) WILL see it again.
