This was my very first Taste of Soul. I can't believe I've lived in LA for all these years and never went! It was so much fun!
Kidsave@kidsave.org · 11mo agoKidsave at Taste of Soul! Our team hit Crenshaw to spread the word about finding families for older kids in foster care. We connected with the community, shared resources, and met some amazing people. Grateful for every conversation. #kidsave #tasteofsoul

@hcrichardson.bsky.social I’m so grateful for the thoughtful near-daily news analyses and accompanying historical context you deliver. It would tax my emotional health to do what you do. Stay strong HCR. You’re a treasure.

Busy time! @kidsave is hosting not one but 3 gala fundraisers this season! First one is in the bag - here's a snap from our event photographer Igda Warner just before the program started last week in DC at the Eastern Market. Next weekend we're in LA with Snoop Dogg!
I'm spending Memorial Day Weekend in New Jersey with one of my BFFs from the internet and I cannot wait!
OK I've got the great political commenters in my feed, now I want to stack it with more #writingcommunity folks. Which starter packs should I follow?
