Carnivorous Plants, Hourglasses, Stardew Valley.

Very much annoyed at the Anxiety Tax that I keep paying. Started feeling pain in a non-usual location which lead me down a spiral of kidney failure so I made a doctors appointment. Only to have the pain dissipate by the time of the appointment. Costing me precious PPTO hours and doctor visit expense

So far I'm really enjoying this chill game. I also enjoy putting lucky bamboo into dice shaped pots, and if I get customer orders; I'm giving them rainbow pots. I am also (unlike other Sims) enforcing a day off every five days. Close the store, water plants, replenish stock.

Trying out a new game called, "Leafy Corner" a cozy plant shop game. It has carnivorous plants you can unlock later in the game so that is a HUGE win in my book.

If you want to avoid AI generations of your Instagram posts without switching your account to private, you’ll have to dig into the app’s settings. Open the Instagram app, tap your profile, and then tap the three lines in the top-right corner of the screen. Then, scroll down to the Sharing and reuse tab. Here is where you should see a section labeled Allow people to use your content on Instagram and with AI features on Meta, with a toggle for Posts and one for Reels.

Heads up for next week: the House will be debating and voting on HR 7757, the KIDS Act, which contains a revised version of KOSA. What's more terrifying is this bill is listed in the batch of bills to be brought up on Monday, which means the GOP doesn't expect much opposition to it passing.

The KIDS Act Would Require Age Checks To Get Online

Buried inside the KIDS Act are provisions that will push online services to verify all users’ ages, require government-directed moderation policies for online speech, and even create new rules about p...

Finished "Field Guide for the Formerly Villainous" by Autumn K. England. The book deals a lot with mind control, PTSD, and the journey to healing. I found the book utterly charming and hopeful. 10/10 would recommend

My city's School Board drama should be made into a made for tv movie. We got a superintendent resigning/not-resigning/wanting to come back. Also video of the superintendent slipping papers under a congressmen's door that could be Threatening OR Encouragement. Also 100,000s of dollars missing.
