there's 5 main reasons they want you to think AI is now self-aware and "goes rogue" 1. product marketing misrepresentation 2. props up insane valuations for a sector not making money 3. scares lawmakers into trash legislation 4. distracts from technofascism 5. distances execs from accountability

Bernie hasn't tried this on here yet but here he is doing free marketing for OpenAI. He has been captured by the worst people in AI for a few years now and has been parroting company hype talking points instead of guarding against them. It’s like the public is being assaulted from all sides.

Meta is being rather obvious about their allegiance to authoritarian structures while also trying to claim their products are a cool and fun way for people to enjoy their freedoms. These two things are not compatible.
