While it is a bit alarming when the water rises above your waist, it is far more alarming when it rises above your nose. It is a travesty that despite this, someone is still refusing to turn off the tap. It is beyond tragic that we cannot discriminate between a 3 alarm and a 5 alarm fire
It is not inherently more tragic when a NIH grant that got a 2%ile versus an 8%ile or 15%ile goes unfunded.
We identified novel #autoantibody signatures that discriminate between clinically defined subtypes in #Scleroderma (SSc) & While doing that identified a new human protein family called TiSSc (Targeted in SSc) that is targeted by autoantibodies in one distinct patient subtype. Read more here:
