I’ve created a new art group for Exeter. The goal is to support artists in Exeter (and all those along the River Exe (and beyond!)) with peer feedback, idea inspiration and the sharing of knowledge and technique bridging the gap between disciplines. #exeter #devon #art #exeterevents

Final morning! After a month of getting up early and taking photos at #Exeter quay, I've had plenty of time to reflect, get wet and attempt to stay warm. I'm looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow! #photography
Day 27! Largest drop-off of blue to grey I've seen throughout the month. And then as a treat, some pastel warmth heralding the soft launch of spring. #photography #exeter #dawn
Day 26 Deep blues into soft greys. Only two more days to go for a month of photographs. I will not be continuing into March as the mornings are getting early! #photography #exeter
Day 24 Deep blues into very grey. When it was still dark something landed a few meters from me that looked like a skeletal swan... luckily it was just a heron and not the bird reaper. #photograpy #exeter
Day 22 Feels like spring, looks like blue oblivion! Some fantastic clouds today. #exeter #photography #dawn
Day 20. This morning I considered the experiences of the fish friends we rarely see after a few bubbled near the surface (perhaps after the goose food...) #exeter #rivers #photography
Day 19 at #Exeter quay. Another blue to grey gradient, which was enhanced by an impromptu visit from a friend. #photography
Day 18 at #Exeter quay. Cold, wet and slightly windy this morning. I thought about the quay and the workers that loaded the wool onto ships, how I was sitting in the shadows of industry. #photography #blue
Day 17 with some amazing colours this morning at #Exeter Quay. Wild eggshell, forgotten mauve with shadows of strawberry. #photograpy #sunrise #devon #uk
Day 16 at #Exeter quay. Lovely clouds this morning and only a little rain. I enjoyed the colours of pastel ochre and pallid ice blue. #photography #devon #sunrise
Day 15: cold, rainy and blue. The highlight was the two Canada geese that flew overhead in the darkness, making an absolute racket. Haven't seen them in #Exeter for a while.
Day 13. Good morning #Exeter. Had some cosmic thoughts this morning watching a thin moon drift across the sky. Very happy to be umbrella free!
Day 11. Finally some warm oranges at #Exeter quay precisely at sunrise 7:35, hopefully I get some more by the end of the month. The geese were joined (well, scared off) by a couple of swans who I'm sure I'll see again.
Day 10. Lovely mist this morning at #Exeter quay. Unfortunately spoiled because someone had put dog faeces on the cleat (the metal think you tie boats to) that I've been sitting on. Luckily I was sitting on a mat, but it was horrible. [1/2]
Day 9. This mornings sunrise was dry and uneventful. I had some random writing ideas for a damp water based scene (I wonder where I got that idea from...) and finally fed the geese that have been pestering me (I bought some geese/duck/swan food).
