Well, I didn't find the mushroom I was looking for, but I did find some incredibly photogenic amanitas. Yes I know it's cliché, but LOOK AT THEM. Absolutely spotless. #fungifriends

If I'm low on inspiration, I can still always paint a little house on a little island. I don't think the guy who lives here was expecting company.

Haven't painted in a while. Been too busy building my greenhouse. I was not aware that I was going to actually build it when I made the drawing, but here we are. Quite proud of myself. Now I just have to figure out how to build a door...
I'm very low on inspiration regarding my usual painting subjects.. On the other hand I'm very excited about garden design, so some painting does get done.
Brother Mort liked the peace and solitude of his herb garden but even so a visit from Sister Dot and her latest tranche of dirty jokes rarely went unappreciated
It is very rare that we get proper snow around here, so when we do, it is very important to go outside and build as many snow ghosts as you can.

This was my christmas day. Happily hanging out with all my besties. How was yours? Ps. Don't worry about the stuck cat. He likes is there.
I know the Internet is for cats, so I'd like to announce that these two idiots are doing fine. They lost their mother at 6 weeks old, so I am their father now. I think I'm doing okay. They don't know their names yet, but do respond to "cat boys". The dog is offended by their presence..
So proud to have my exhibition up at Sagmuseet! They're letting me stay all through autumn 😊
The worst part about not going to the beach so often anymore, is that when I do, all the stones look cool and must be inspected. What used to be a 40 minute walk has taken almost two hours. The dog is very tired. My pockets are very heavy.
Less than a month to go to my exhibition! I realised I didn't have a proper artist bio to display, but I hate writing those, so I made this thing instead. It basically says that I'm very good at chopping wood, very bad at dancing, and I like rocks and mushrooms. That should be enough, right?
