Found that old Rage poster in a tube. I won it in a screenshot contest when the game came out in 2011. The first signature is clear—Willits! The former studio head of id—but who is that in the bottom right? Any id pros here?

Signed Rage key art poster with two signatures at the bottom: Tim Willits and ???.

And to be honest, I haven't yet seen an AI logo, menu, or display that didn't look like complete shit. My son correctly identified the three categories: plastic fake realistic (travel center), Ghibli cartoon style (moving comp), and woodcut-style hatching (barber)—always with errors, of course...

Seeing every small business, be it a local restaurant, a moving company, whatever, all having AI logos and AI ads, really puts into perspective just how many artists are out of jobs now. All those little sustaining jobs where someone just needed a quick thing for $50 to $200 are just gone.

Over a year ago, a Dutch frog science magazine emailed me asking if they could include my comic in their upcoming issue about dart frogs. They were interviewing the scientist who first described the blue poison dart frog; he had seen and liked the comic. They mailed me a copy, which just arrived:

First that AI commercial story, where he acted really well, and now this. It’s truly heartening to see people like him—obviously equipped with a conscience, morals, and a sense of justice—turning down those exorbitant sums offered by people lacking such values, and speaking out against it/them. 👏👏👏

Guess who had the integrity not to accept $1 million to perform at the Riyadh Comedy Festival last year?

More growth—faster! Steady! Even after natural stagnation sets in.. otherwise, shareholders will jump ship. Physical discs hinder steady income: the revenue is distributed after the initial purchase, whereas subscriptions, cloud gaming, and "all-in-one" models are a sure bet. Unfortunately.

This took me several weeks to make because I went through several years worth of corporate/investor/earnings reports but... here it is! The actual, long-term reason Sony killed physical discs, and why they can't go back. youtu.be/_Znc7MVsSlg?...
