Interesting: The Virginia Department of Health is reporting 10 cases of cyclosporiasis so far in 2026, according to a July 7 media update. They are closely monitoring and investigating reported cyclosporiasis cases. There is not currently evidence that Virginia is experiencing an outbreak.

"New" scam: got a call re "state-regulated final expense program" for burial or cremation & evidently this is deceptive marketing used by private life insurance agents. so appreciated this call for its timing - right after my brother passed.

Here's a surprise: numerous people have required medical treatment at the Great American State Fair & several were transported to hospital (it's closed until it "cools down" starting @ 5 pm 😂😂😂 like it'll be cooler then 🙄)

According to a report on our local news "big crowds" expected in June & July in DC for the America 250 "festivities." I'm hoping not. I'm hoping people stay home in droves. Nothing to celebrate here so I'm hoping we ignore trumps parties. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

I watch nbc news/dc to keep up on local news & weather only & am noticing they are hyperventilating abt the 250th anniversary activities in DC this weekend & the wrestling on 6/14. Waste of time, energy & especially money. Could not care less.will save any celebration for a change of presidency.🤬🤬🙄🙄
