They/Them

Relativistic bombardment of an earthlike exoplanet. Each projectile travels at nearlight speeds, releasing more energy than its equivalent weight of antimatter on impact with the atmosphere.

"Echopraxia" by Peter Watts had a similar paternoster setup in the gargantuan Crown Of Thorns spacecraft, though it won't help as much with cargo. Here's a version at 1.5rpm using an elevator for movement, and a spent SLS-EUS as counterweight #lego #space #spacestation

WIP #2 of a new design idea for Lisse, featuring a 64m diameter laser focusing mirror array. Her dark hull provides stealth when moving into position and the large radiator panels can operate at up to 4000 Kelvin to dissipate the enormous heat produced while firing.

Having exhausted its aether supply, the TIAMAT Strategic Corpsemachine "Corsica Witch" stands locked in place following a sortie with a Moravec-grade Godmachine, awaiting TIAMAT extraction

A large, 4-armed red mecha standing in a damaged city under a blue sky(say that again). A Godmachine wreck, resembling a melting silver sphere with a hole blasted through it, rests atop verdant mountains in the background.

Sarita P, well-known influencer on the Jovian internet famous for her travel vlogs to rarely-visited places, records her most dangerous vlog yet; setting foot on Jupiter's moon Io. Down here the radiation kills in mere hours, constraining Sarita's time on the surface to only a few short minutes.

Digital artwork depicting a woman with brown skin and dark hair dressed in a bulky blue spacesuit. She's smiling and waving at the camera. The landscape surrounding her is a flat expanse of yellow rocks and dust, with some lonely mountains far off in the distance and a caldera full of black and orange lava in the background. White specks pepper the image all over; penetrating radiation exciting the camera sensor.

Tryna give FF's "generic" assets a common design language suggesting even the combat vehicles aren't made for proper warfare (soft edges, exposed fragile-looking greebles). Figure they're all from the same manufacturer, either some alt-history spin on an existing defense company or just made up.
