People have been asking me to reopen my etsy for like 4 years and I'm finally working on it! (it's not open yet but SOON). I have so much catgirl merch... what happened to me to make me like this......

When I dreamed about being an author, having a book I wrote loved enough to be on a classroom wall was not even a thought in my mind. Kids crave horror because living in the dark is terrifying without a guide. I know. Like my fellow scary book authors, I've been in that dark space, wondering I'd ever be found. Horror authors found me and lit me the path home. We who write from the shadows light the lanterns to show the way.

Writing while grieving has been so hard. Having to finish IZZY as my husband was dying & after he died gave me a trauma trigger that's kept me away. But today, I'm here at 4am on my day off and trying. Baby steps, Bob would say. Baby steps, grievers. Healing has to come first. xo
