One of my gripes with autistic content creators is when they willingly choose not to be assessed for Autism and encourage their audience to do the same. It's not necessarily a huge issue but it is an issue.

We need a 4-day, 32-hour work week with livable wages. There is no reason that people need to be working this much. People need time off to rest and spend with family and friends.

The saddest aspect is that many of those now targeted by the administration for those camps voted for the GOP brand and in particular MAGA asshole trump.

So many people uniting in bigotry against the overqualified Black/Asian woman who doesn't want to destroy the country and hand it over to Putin and oligarchs. This is the common denominator.

White people will bleat about the 25% of Black people who voted for Trump, because confronting and gathering their skinfolk, as well as holding themselves accountable for their apathy/poor decisions, is uncomfortable.

The discourse on accessibility in higher ed where disabled people have to bear these constant microagressions & wrongheadedness in the mainstream is flat out insulting on world disability blah blah whatever day. Shut it all down & say you don't care about disabled people, we already know.

I draw boundaries & make them clear. And people don't like that. But it doesn't mean I'm not generally genial & friendly. People assume they can have a kind of access to you because you're out here on the internet, but I've never hidden that I'm human, I have vulnerabilities, I have limits.

really wish PE classes were disability informed because the way every disabled person i know were failed by those teachers and coaches is so insidious.

I have ongoing obligations to folks who've already asked me for mutual aid. Tons in line in desperate situations waiting patiently for a boost. It's not a one-off thing because mutual aid is relationship building with someone who becomes a comrade. That's why I can't respond immediately to everyone.
