A5: Having a dedicated work space really helps. As soon as I have to work away from desk, I notice my focus immediately drops. I guess I don't have a future as a digital nomad! #StetChat

Usually between 4-6 hours. 5 is the sweet spot but I can do 6 if I have to. I try to work Mon-Thurs, with Fridays reserved for my own writing and admin. #StetChat
