There's a small possibility I may have fractured a toe at some point during the ride last night. Can't put any weight on it and it's pretty red. There's no point going to hosp for it, I've done this before and all they do is confirm and tell me to not walk on it for a while!

Took a quick burn into Lewisham, got some vape pods although once again, not the ones I actually wanted, so to console myself I nipped into Greggs and grabbed a cheeky cheese & onion pasty....
Screw it, I'm taking it off and putting the 160 rotor back on. This adaptor is being returned and I'll get the one with all the good reviews from Amazon!
You know when something just doesn't look or feel right even though on face value it's all setup correctly? Yeah that's how I'm feeling about this adaptor right now, I dunno but something isn't sitting right for me, i'll run it tomorrow on an easy ride to the vape place, but I feel like...
Well I "think" I've figured a way to get this caliper lined up without it slipping to one side when I torque it. I need to do it a couple more times to get it right but it's not an ideal way to have to keep setting them up. I'll have to get a different adaptor eventually....
Kinda easy to see why people say vape shops are mostly money laundering fronts when the new place that opened at the end of my street doesn't appear to actually want any customers! 3 times I've been in there now and each time has been even more bizarre...
I need another thing to do over the winter as the bike repaint and a couple of canvases I have planned won't be enough. So I'm thinking about maybe scratch building a spacecraft with no planning, just start with a bunch of random bits, stick them together and see where it goes....
I have a plan to sort the brake alignment but it can wait till later, it's too hot to work and I'm sweating like Trump watching the Expanse every time he hears the words "Epstein Drive".....
That's odd, no matter what I do, this caliper refuses to align properly with the adaptor added, it stays in line right until I go to torque it and I can see the caliper slide outwards. Tried lapping the mating surface of the adaptor but no luck so far....

Forgot the standard method of grabbing the brake lever to get a caliper in line before tightening the bolts, doesn't actually work like that with an adapter. I'll have to break out what's left of my feeler gauges!
Wow, i hope the weather forecast is right for this week because it says it's going to be 25°C on Friday!
Note to future self: When you go out on the bike tomorrow, don't forget you changed your brake rotor, so don't grab a handful of front brake like you usually do or you'll be doing a superman impression over the bars!

Here it is running with 2048 bodies, clocking 100ms a frame in the editor, but total render time was 80ms per frame so 🤷♂️. I still haven't figured out how to implement my big optimization in Geometry Nodes, otherwise I could get maybe another 30%-40% #Blender #SciArt #MathArt #MotionGraphics

Just thought, throughout the whole painting process so far, I haven't had a single bug or bit of floating stuff stick to the frame. I've been a bit lucky there!! It's probably all waiting for Spring when I do the clearcoat lol!
