My future child isn't even going to know gen AI exists until they start school... And longer, if I can keep them away from it 💀 I say this as a developer who uses it.

Spent 15 minutes today chatting away trying to figure out options for putting numbers on the dice faces. That's about how far I got. 🤣 10/100 Days of GMing

Got the rest of the dice in there except for d10, which has no geometry class. It'll be a lil hacky for now; I'll probably export a gltf from Blender later. I rather get some animation, effects, and shaders going first. ✨ 9/100 Days of GMing

Moved onto Abilities and associated skills; got as far as determining roll results with Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution. Hiding and Vision was interesting and a tad confusing, but I'll get there. 8/100 Days of GMing

Started my BG3-inspired three.js dice roller. The LLMs stay in Ask mode. It's imperative I understand everything about how I put this together, so... Gotta type it all myself. 7/100 Days of GMing

Continued the Voiceover video, but not for long >_> Feels like I'm not off to a good start but w/e. Things will pick up. 2/100 Days of GMing

Started Chapter 1: How to Play in the D&D Starter Set Rulebook. By the time I got to the Game Dice section I was v. appreciative this wasn't all new to me :') The dice that came with the kit are alright... But I prefer my others. 😆 3/100 Days of GMing

Bought a subscription to GVAA and started the voice over for beginners video. :D 1/100 Days of GMing

When asked what skill I wanted to learn in a job interview, I'd replied: 'Being a great Dungeon Master (no, not that kind!)' I'll learn from GVAA/sites, DM my first D&D campaign, build a three.js dice roller, add Twitch bot TTRPG updates, and learn improv. Chill, right? 💀 0/100 Days of GMing

Watermelon LARPing

I'm rolling with 100 Days of GMing for the next run. It'll involve building a dice roller in threejs, running my first campaign (or two), adding some ttrpg elements to stream, and probably improv classes 💀 'DMing' can be misinterpreted in one of two ways and I don't wanna deal with it 🤣
