#sanka was a creation made with the invaluable help and permission of @forgottenpoets.bsky.social Dick Whyte! It is a nod of respect to the three lined stanza used by Japanese #tanka masters, Zenmaro Toki (Aika) and Takuboku Ishikawa. I wanted a hybrid to use in that same way.
