Kurt Angle was, for my money, the best Complete Pro-Wrestler of his era and has yet to be matched Absolutely dynamite in the ring. Incredible promo. Superb character work. He could be a serious killer wrestling machine, he could be a silly boy in a little hat Kurt Angle did it all and did it great

Sometimes it isn't possible, and you manage those cases as honestly as you can. To instead treat these perks as an expectation, part of a trade between you and what you cover, is beyond embarrassing.
Obviously money is evil but we're never getting rid of that. The actual worst human endeavour has been Advertising. Everything is much MUCH worse as a result of the machinations of Advertising.
It's such a massive shame that the bulk of Kevin Owens career had to happen as ninth fiddle to a basket of much lesser talents. They wheel him out to lose big matches to Roman and Seth and fucking Goldberg. Wasted.

The funny thing about HHH using Cody and Punk as examples of "You want to be a main eventer? Just get over" is those two guys are receiving their current pushes in part because they left the promotion and proved their value elsewhere.
