Has someone invented a concept to describe the dull, superficial and boring verbosity that cannot be implemented due to its generality that comes from too broad sustainability consensus?
I'm seriously fed up with some ideas from the sustainability mainstream (aka greenwashing), two of the most annoying ones are "Sustainable Aviation Fuels" (aka biofuels) and 100% renewable airports (not planes).
Has someone ever analysed the number and share of self-citations of lead authors in IPCC reports?
I would like to know how much share of the current economy is generated by scams and pyramid schemes.

I've read a sentence similar to: "women have a competitive advantage in home production" and shivers ran down my spine.
Usually, the first thing I think about when I woke up is work (some paper, some figure I have to make, etc.). But today it happened to me for the first time that I thought about a conference trip I still have to close with the travel agency and it has been hell so far.

It happens to me too often that I read a paper with +500 citations and it ends up being the worst paper I've ever read.
