Deeply saddened to hear Duncan Sheik, songwriter of the 90's turned Broadway composer, passed away at 56. I loved working on songs from his musical "Spring Awakening" when I was a music director. His song "Barely Breathing" was everywhere when I was a kid. Here it is in tribute to a great artist.
One day, when this is all over, accountability must rain down for every person who built or enabled this. There is so much violence and trauma it's hard to fathom.

Remember that the FCC approval of foreign investment in WB/Paramount does not affect the lawsuit by the states and the WGA. Instead, this would give the lawsuit against the merger for it's harmful impacts tons of ammunition, as this essentially gives foreign actors leverage over the merged company.

The FCC will allow the sovereign wealth funds of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, & Abu Dhabi to own nearly 50% of a merged Paramount-Warner Bros — potentially giving them sway over our media. This of course comes after Trump received gifts or struck business deals with these countries. See the problem?
