💥 BREAKING: Shareholders of Merck & Co one of the largest pharma companies in the world, voted today to reject an anti-DEI proposal, 99-1 percent. Merck Board recommended shareholders vote against proposal that called for eliminating "discriminatory DEI milestones" from executive compensation.

💥 BREAKING: Goldman Sachs shareholders voted today to reject two anti-DEI proposals, both by 98-2 percent. GS Board urged shareholders to vote to reject proposals. "We believe that diversity, including diversity of thought, experience and perspectives, is important to our commercial success."
