A very effective way to burn an organizer out, or at least to get them to not want to organize with you anymore, is to superficially act like you're listening to them but then outright ignore them Also good is chiding them for not providing enough labor (for your action)

And on top of being awful, it's wild people don't realize odds are they too will be disabled someday.
I wrote an entire RPG based around music as magic and "Conductors" cueing ensembles of Aethersprings to alter reality And yes, I showed my players pics like this to get them into the right headspace!

The former absolutely do not want to work longer where as the latter find it one of the least objectionable social security fixes.

No voter will flip R->D over it. Low-info voters read this as "you're focused on bullshit that doesn't affect me" while the base reads this as "you're an asshole."
