CSS is so powerful now, it's amazing looking through older CSS and seeing what can be replaced with a one-liner. I'm on the hunt for snippets that used to be multiple lines of CSS that can now be done in one. Show me what you got!

This talk by @bell.bz is gold imo As a freelancer, you're expected to slot into an organisation and keep things moving with minimal friction. Keeping your head down and plowing through will only get you so far though and, to do great work, you have to prioritise planning & communication over coding

Next as part of our "every Monday" (assuming that Monday is any day of the week) on the #FFConf video release, @bell.bz speaks about communication. Andy does a great job of contrasting exchanges that can be tweaked from horrible & lazy, to, well, not crap: youtu.be/tHtFiciT2tQ?...

o, and what unutterable joy it is to build a Website! to spiral with arms outstretched in the technicolor fields of figma, casting rectangles and text boxes, rounding corners and corners again

With e-invoicing becoming mandatory in the EU next year, I'm currently building a small invoice and customer manager with Eleventy - I've never enjoyed writing invoices more! I'll make sure to share my learnings in an article next year.
