I saw some random internet user named "Truth Nukem" about five minutes ago and I still haven't recovered my sides from orbit.
As part of my nonbinary journey I'm trying to explore different gendered clothing. Even though I mostly identify as male, I'm trying to expand my horizons and validate my "not fully a boy" feelings. I can only conclude the patriarchy was drunk when it designed women's cothes sizing. what the fuck
Managed to scrounge together some funds for a new drawing tablet and a battery for this UPS I was gifted. Once everything is in I can hopefully get everything back in working order.
Ugh typical my tablet broke after a power surge. Probably no art for a bit until I can invest in a small UPS.
It took a long time to settle on this design, I'm glad I got it done in time. I've been feeling a lot of different things this month. I guess knowing we'll continue in some way has filled me with a bittersweet hope Our love conquers their hate. We will endure. We always will. Be kind to yourself
A friend shared this on Discord and I really needed to read this. It's been hard committing to art projects while enduring all the horrors. It's hard not to feel like a failure. I'm tired. But for anyone else who reads this: you're not a failure. You just need a break sometimes. It's not forever.

Took a walk. Really took in the sights the smells the... texture of everything. I saw streets nestled in verdant canopies, kids playing, friends conversing. This city is beautiful. Things are terrible now but, my little corner of humanity is worth fighting for. Love isn't dead. Not yet.
