Dawn Butler will very likely stand for the Labour nomination. David Lammy, having left the government, would also seem pretty likely to at leasy consider a run, as might others.
Seeing lots of tweets like this and there just aren't many Oxbridge professors who get fired and turn out to have a completely made up C.V and be fantasists. Plus, he was defended by a number of M.Ps and so on.

It is worth asking why this one did, and who it served to make it that way.

But police have already ruled that out, saying there was “no information” to suggest the murder was “politically motivated”.
I took my blood pressure at the end of match and my sphygmomanometer's batteries needed charging and I'm glad I don't know.

She wasn’t saying “I am a religious conservative but a political liberal.” She was saying “I am a religious conservative but a political realist that this is a fight I’ve lost.”
The only question is whether Kane gets knighted during his career a la Murray or just after. If England win the World Cup the former, otherwise probably latter.
