In Alligator Alcatraz, detainees were forced into small outdoor cages for hours at a time. In Camp East Montana, detainees report beatings from guards and denial of medical care. In Delaney Hall, detainees report unsafe drinking water and retaliatory abuse for speaking up. Unimaginable cruelty.
