When Jorge Garcia Arroyo heard screaming from a backyard on his route, he jumped into action and helped a woman who had been unable to get up for 30 minutes after a fall. "I think it's a natural response from me," Arroyo said. "[If I] see somebody who needs help, I gotta help them out."
