Of course GPB doesn't get it. This is the rationale of someone steeped in a world of consumption. A free and open community is there to be used no matter what; "I'll take your work and then give it back to you in a consumable form as if I'm doing you a favour, while being among the few who benefit."

A very good writeup about why you should not want LLM generated code in homebrew projects you use. Will the person who made it still be around in a year? 5 years? 10 years? Suddenly a library it was dependent on has a huge exploit and needs to be changed and the project no longer works.
