I was feeling really overwhelmed so I called the dems that are not meeting the moment and let them know my uncivil unfiltered thoughts. THEN I called the dems that are; and thanked them for everything they are doing. I still feel awful - but like marginally less awful?
Something that TikTok did for me was provide audio snippets while I did other things. Since that is over I am leaning on podcasts specifically two: - ghosts in the burbs - you must remember this Both are so well done and help me feel not awful in this gross world.
