Highlight of the day was spending 3.5 hours on the ferry from Holyhead to Dublin beside a group of young working-class lads (20s, 30s, track-suits and all) from north Wales who spoke Welsh the whole journey, other than a few snatches of English in Scouse-influenced accents...
