Watched American Psycho, I enjoyed how it forces you to think and engage with it actively. The monologues about skincare and music artists were really fun (I'm told the book has even more of these).
A really useful skill to have on the internet is to respond to seeing something absurd and shocking by asking "should I be taking this at face value, or is this just fetish content that I don't understand?"
