One year ago today, a brilliant, kind, generous man, loving husband, dad & old Uni friend of mine took his life. It was a short spiral over around 6 weeks. No prior MH problems. Financial problems which not only felt insurmountable, but represented failure to him seemed to be the trigger. So sad.💔
