Applications for the funded PhD associated with the "Technology and the (future) human in war" project have now closed. Thanks to everyone who has applied. I will be working my way through all of your interesting proposals with care and will be in touch as soon as I can with regards to outcome. :)

Today's "I wish I'd written that" is Savage Ecology by Jairus Victor Grove. Compelling, complex but really readable, serious and theoretically innovative... But also, made me laugh. War, technology, Ecology, the future, destruction, hope?

Today's "I wish I had written that" is "Experimentation in humanitarian locations: UNCHR and biometric registration of Afghan refugees" by Katja Lindskov Jacobsen. Particularly love the clear and accessible analysis of STS contribution to IR. Definitely recommend!
