I fnished playing through #1000XResist with my wife. Not sure it was worth the overwhelming praise, but it was good. Not "holy crap amazing" or must-play, but enjoyable, unique, and I don't regret playing it. 👍

Now that my basement is refinished after flooding, I was finally able to put together a new and improved audio recording booth with a tension rod partition and sound dampening blankets.

Hearing everyone saying "good morning" to each other outside my window gave me an idea for a flash mob that'd recreate the Beauty and the Beast song with people popping out of windows, singing the song with lyrics tailored to the targeted person as they walk their normal route in real life.
Because I usually play it in the bathroom, my wife refers to #Balatro as "The Pooping Game". If I'm playing it elsewhere, she's like "Are you pooping [in the bed / in the kitchen / at church]?" @adef.bsky.social
