I only started playing Pokopia a bit a couple of weeks ago, because I was so busy in spring I didn't want to get distracted. This is my favourite build so far, a greenhouse for the bulbasaur line.

My n1 pet peeve is when people interpret "money can't buy happiness" as "spending money won't make you happy". It's really "hoarding money won't make you happy", because no amount of it can buy the concept of happiness, so you might as well spend it reasonably on goods and services.
