Our new JMF paper on “silver splits” uses 18 years of dyadic data. We find that: 💡 When a partner was more depressed pre-separation, the other often feels better after. 👫 This effect appears only among men — highlighting gendered effects of later-life separations. Open access: lnkd.in/eWaZcxM6
