I already have a hard enough time explaining to students how there were no formal parties in the early republic and then later the parties change names, stances on subject matter issues, and voters w/ electoral realignments over time. AI: Artificial, but certainly not intelligent.

Whatever it is, when something is done by a Democrat, it's always considered wrong by Republicans. If it's done by a Republican, it's always considered right. Reps clearly consider Democrats just not the "right kind of people." This sort of elitist thinking kills democracies.
