🤯TIL: Women don't break down nearly as much as men during the Ranger Training Course. They experience fewer physical, hormonal, and mental breakdowns as a result of the mutli-environment stressors than men. Even for me, Mr. "Estrogen is a Performance Enhancing Drug!" guy, this is surprising.

When I deadlift, I can lift more than Jessica Buettner. Because I have more muscle mass. Because I have a Testosterone advantage I cannot train with the weekly volume and intensity that Jessica does. My body will break down, and I will get weaker, not stronger. Because she has an Estrogen advantage

I could put together a training program for elite level women powerlifters that includes a weekly training volume and intensity that men just can't do🤷🏿♂️ Pretty much every man that is an elite level powerlifter knows this and accepts it. Not a big deal.
Yup. Like I said, Estrogen is a performance enhancing drug (PED). No, I am not remotely kidding or being facetious. Yes I am being completely serious. Transphobes and misogynists get really upset at even the suggestion that women's hormones could give them a performance advantage over men.🤷🏿♂️

Yup. I've said before how there is no such thing as an "AI detector." All they do is check if a writing sample is similar to AI source training material, or AI human evaluators. Source material is from "authors, writers, and professors" Human eval is "Africans that speak English better than you"🤷🏿♂️

I'm into all things security. My team’s clearly purple, just like my bright eyes. I'm frequently seen hugging a flame - the symbol for unconference formats like Open Space. I really like those formats as I feel free to roam about, and I believe everyone can learn from each other.
Hi, I volunteered for the position of the beloved Open Security Conference mascot. A perfect candidate right from the start, with my name literally being the abbreviated conference name. My (not so) secret dream is to have little plush monkey versions of themself offered as conference swag!

This isn't a complicated concept to understand. Bryce Harper has taken a very public stance against racism. Flaco Lopez has made public statements against racism too. They've both been attacked by their own fans for it. They both don't care. Because their principles are more important. ♥️👍🏿
