Not a dig at the OP. Like I said a week ago: It's not about the seat. It's about ownership/transparency. Is he or isn't he? If he is, everybody shuts up. If he isn't or incapacitated, press them on their depravity in covering it up.

These people are letting you know that they’ve always cheated. Their eyes have always been on someone else’s paper. They alway bought essays. A subordinate has always done the work their name is slapped on, usually without credit. Chat is a cover for them.

Namely, that trans people are not hypothetical thought experiments. They are real people who are being genocided by our government & any coverage that doesn't center that reality misses the mark.
No matter the margin the story is that Haley Stevens got $70M of support, more than $30M of it from a single organization, and still lost.

It should be noted that right-wing pundits are amplifying the "DSA= the end of the Democratic party" rhetoric. My issues with the general movement aside, that alignment is rooted purely in wanting to preserve the current structure that benefits the establishment and beats back true populism.
