As much as I am impressed by modern game graphics, I sincerely miss the charm of old blocky models and environments. If anyone makes a game that looks like harvest moon 64 I would buy it immediately

Fields of Mistria is just incredible. This game has so much content you can choose to dig into if you want to, while it is also easy to just play casually and just enjoy the townspeople and the experience. The new Rune Factory will have to work very hard to outdo the experience this game offers.

Man, this game. #FieldsofMistria devs did a great job of making their characters lively and memorable.
Fields of Mistria is really turning out to be the game I wanted Stardew Valley to be. I think that if the devs continue to add more content through DLC, it could be as timeless as Rune Factory 4 and Harvest Moon 64 are in my book.

Fields of Mistria went gold recently; been waiting patiently for this game so long and so far it is REALLY delivering the old Harvest Moon charm with enough QOL concepts and ideas from Stardew and Rune Factory to modernize it all. HIGHLY recommend trying it!
