If you’ve never experienced it, and you like heat, put an inordinately large amount of ground pepper as a substitute for cayenne. It’s a really wild heat, and will expand your palette. *I grow jalapeño, arbol, and pequin peppers at home. Szechuan and Issan Thai food are awesome. For context
