Terms & Conditions and Instructions

The top section is titled Terms & Conditions, followed by three bullet points:

· Non-commercial, private use only.
· All commissions are skeb-style (minimal instruction, no WIPs, no revisions).
· Mode of payment is GCash (PHP) or Ko-fi (international). Payment is per character.

The bottom section is titled Instructions, followed by three numbered steps:

· 1) Send 1 character reference picture and a short description of them to: The artist's platform of choice, OR Email: rebelscompany@proton.me
· 2) Wait for confirmation of your slot. Once confirmed, the artist will send you the payment information. Please make payment within 7 days.
· 3) Send a screenshot of your proof of payment back to the artist, after which they will coordinate with you on the delivery of your commission!

Another macrophage of the Empty City. This is Zeit.
