Being a Black man is a challenge. Some days you’re singled out. Other days you’re lumped in with every other Black man…for better or worse. There are days I just want to be anonymous. To put down the weight society places on me…and the weight I place on myself.
Today I’m grateful to be a Black man and I’m deeply thankful that I’ve been loved by Black women at every stage of my life.
