Many surfaces become highly reflective even though having high roughness. Check the discussion in the thread. Here is my implementation reusing equations you already have:

I am terrified. Been in the mid to high 90s this week and 90s last week, 80s next week... It is mid March. The summer is going to be worse. We've passed so many climate thresholds, this is probably the end times, if not also for the unnecessary war being waged on top of it.
