But seriously if I see one more "this Japanese children's show has this BONKERS storytelling moment and BRO I can not believe it's for kids" I'll go nuts. I can and it is! Also it's an homage to a movie 30 years it's senior. But it's impressive HOW they boiled that down for a younger audience.
Nerds I need you to engage with other media. I'm begging you to experience things outside of children's media. Not to reject those things - but to supplement them with works outside of that focus. I promise it will only help you appreciate what these shows and movies manage to pull off even more.
