Mockup Generator launched today on Microlaunch and tomorrow on Product Hunt. 🥳 I know we shouldn't be emotional about our products but I am. I am because I'm at a point in life where I just need something to work in my favor. Links in the comments if you'd like to support either launch 😇

A few days ago I quietly deployed my second app.👇 mockupgenerator.xyz I'm experimenting with pricing so it's currently only paid, but I'm happy to give away some free trials for a bit of honest feedback 🙂

Well I'm pleased with the results from ahrefs site audit! Iterated on fixes and gone from 76% to 99% health score. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions 😀 #buildinpublic

Apologies if I don't use the correct terminology, quite new to SEO! 🙈 Is there any particular tool available to measure your applications SEO and provide suggestions to improve? #buildinpublic

Crawled back under my rock again lately but got super sidetracked with my second project that I'm obsessed with. It's something that will help designers/marketers (i hope at least!) And I'm debating whether keeping it quiet and seeing how far paid marketing and SEO will take it...if anywhere!

Been working on some nice updates for Bookmarkr over the last few days 🤩 Last update has just been pushed to Chrome Webstore for the extension and I should be able to publish everything in a day or so! Then Bookmarkr will also be open for it's original intended platform, X/Twitter! #buildinpublic

Happy new year to me! New feature update coming very soon to bookmarkr.app 🥳 #buildinpublic

I'm going back to a Keto lifestyle tomorrow and I'm so excited. I often turn to Keto for a full reset. It's the only way I can rid all the awful sugar cravings and I always feel so good when I'm on Keto. The weight loss is just an added bonus. Does anyone have any keto/low-carb recipes to share?

It's been a pretty average year for me but the one thing that I'm extremely proud for is building (and launching!) Bookmarkr. I never believed in myself and had no idea what I was doing. I had attempted projects before but stopped at the first hurdle. I told myself this time I don't care...

Been a good day of building and I finally got to work on a big revamp for a new update. Can anyone take a guess what that is? Clue is in the video...enjoy looking at sporadic scrolling 😉 #buildinpublic

Dark mode is now live! 😊 I'm that weirdo that prefers light mode normally, but I think I actually prefer dark mode on Bookmarkr! Now I guess I need to work on the big update that I've been putting off... Check out the new dark mode and let me know what you think! bookmarkr.app #buildinpublic

To save me working on what I should be working on, I decided to add Dark mode for Bookmarkr, what do you think? Still working on a few niggles but I hope it will satisfy dark mode lovers 😂 #buildinpublic

I really want to start my own newsletter but in all honesty, I've no idea what I'd write about and I highly doubt anyone would want to read it. I think I just like the sound of it, the creativity. If anyone has their own newsletter I'd love to hear any experience you can give please! 😊

Opened up my laptop tonight for the first time in 5 days. I've never gone this long without even opening my laptop in long while and now I'm struggling to get back into everything 😬 Kind of dreading getting back into code incase I break everything 🙃

I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season 🎅 My goals once I'm back home: - List Bookmarkr on more launch platforms - Two specific big feature updates - Potentially UI updates - Learn marketing 😂 What's your goals during/after the holiday season? #buildinpublic

It's nearly the end of the day for me so I've just been sat pondering. I had no expectations for this launch, so the fact that Bookmarkr got more than 1 upvote makes me extremely happy. Just want to say thank you to everyone who showed support, upvoted and commented 🫶 #buildinpublic

Well, it's too late to back out now - I've finally scheduled the Bookmarkr launch on Product Hunt! 🥳 Whatever happens after the launch, I'm so proud of myself. If anyone would like to support, I'd greatly appreciate it! Get notified below 👇 www.producthunt.com/products/boo...

I love that so many people are building tools for Bluesky. I know there's alot of people saying Bluesky won't make it (on X) but i think the biggest thing Bluesky has going for itself is that the API is so easily accessible and they don't charge $200 a month for basic endpoints 😂

I've decided to just launch this weekend. Currently I have no plan, I'm just going to take the brakes off and let bookmarkr.app be free 🕊 It's scary but I already feel like a weight is off my shoulder. Now to cram in a new feature before launch😂 #buildinpublic

I've used Cursor for a few weeks now and I've only been using the Chat functionality. I was having issues fixing something tonight and thought I'd try out Composer. Mind blown. It knew what files to look in, asked me for more context, and fixed my issue in one go. Time to get even more productive😍

I took some time (like two days 😂) off social media to knuckle down and fix a very annoying issue. I was abit worried that I'd come back here and it would be quiet but how wrong was I! Something about Bluesky makes me quite excited...

Would anyone be willing to be a beta tester for Bookmarkr? 😇 I get the whole ship fast thing, but I'm nervous and don't want to release a completely buggy app 😂 Let me know if you're willing, I'd greatly appreciate it! #buildinpublic bookmarkr.app

can I code fast? no. but can I code well? also no. but does my code work? alas, no

Seeing loads of indie devs on my feed and it's so inspiring. I'm just at the start of my journey - every concept I'm coming across is new and at the end of each day I feel proud that I've come this far! Can any of you seasoned indie devs remember your early day struggles?

Still working my way around the Bluesky API but I've learnt a quick lesson...rate limits! 😂 Hit the rate limit for the day so I guess I need to find something else to do... as well as update the intervals on my functions 😬 #buildinpublic

I've bit the bullet and decided to redevelop bookmarkr.app for Bluesky! I still plan on allowing users to sync X bookmarks as my chrome extension has finally been approved woohoo! However since Bluesky is WAY more accessible for developers, it feels right to start here.

Anyone use a laptop monitor extender like this? I asked the other app but didn't get much response. I feel like there's more people here that may use these 🤓 Looking to get one but not sure if their just an expensive gimmick 😂

When I started my build in public journey I was on holiday. I couldn't do anything at the time so I just scrolled through X daily, bookmarking everything I found useful. This ranged from: 🧵
