🧵 Let's talk about POTUS Tracker and AI. POTUS Tracker uses a large language model to generate summaries for social media and executive orders. Summarizing is one of the best uses of LLMs because they rely heavily on the content they’re given, the output is highly accurate.
I've figured out how to access the Truth Social API and will integrate it into @potustracker.us. During my script stress test, I downloaded every post President Trump has ever made. Here’s a visualization inspired by The Economist’s Elon Musk "Poster Boy" chart.
For anyone curious POTUS Tracker is “DOGE proof.” None of the APIs I use are administered by the executive branch. This was a concern of mine with all of the cuts going on.
So I’ve done the math and it is impossible to break even on POTUS Tracker if I add in social media monitoring. I’d rather the feature exist paid than not at all. I’m coming up with the best way to do this.

Posting some of my hits on here. This is the 2024 California K-12 mock election mapped by school district. Harris 49% Trump 35% Other 16% Harris underperformed Biden by 18 points.
