Lume has a lot of trauma experienced by me IRL, but it’s adapted to her story so it’s not a 1:1 situation. It is indeed for character development and as for better or worse, it depends on the expansion. Her mind’s state was at her worst in ShB/EW.

Years ago I coined the milleneuve, which is a unit to measure how horrible the sky color is based on Villeneuve films. Blade Runner 2049 is around 900mn. Today is around 250 I'd say. (It's a very scientific scale.)
